This policy explains how Shreeganpatidada LLC, doing business as Best Western Plus O'Hare ("we", "us"), handles information about people who apply for jobs with us, including the text messages we send to applicants.
When you apply for a job with us on Indeed, we receive:
If we text you, we also keep the messages we send, the messages you send back, the dates and times of those messages, and any request you make to stop receiving them.
We use this information only to review your application and to contact you about it, for example to confirm you are still interested and to arrange a time for a phone call or interview.
We send text messages to the number you provided in your application. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency is limited, and message and data rates may apply. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
We do not sell your information. We use service providers who process it on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this policy. These include our text messaging provider, our email and data storage services, and software services that help us read and organize replies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We keep applicant information for 60 days after your application, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
We keep applicant information in access-controlled systems and limit it to the people who need it for hiring. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email bestwesternplus14204@gmail.com.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
