These terms apply to the text messages that Shreeganpatidada LLC, doing business as Best Western Plus O'Hare ("we", "us"), sends to job applicants (the "program").
When you apply for a job with us on Indeed and provide your mobile phone number, we may text you to follow up on your application. The messages confirm that you are still interested in the position and ask for a day and time that works for a short phone call. The program is not used for marketing or promotions.
By entering your mobile phone number in your application, you agree to receive these text messages from us at that number. Messages may be sent using an automated system.
Message frequency is limited. We send a small number of messages to each applicant about their application, plus replies to messages you send us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your job application.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
